Gather Kids is our children’s ministry at Gather Church. Our groups warmly welcome all children aged 1 – 11 years to worship, play games and do creative activities based on Bible stories and much more.

Whether it’s your first visit or you’ve been coming for years, we’d love to welcome your family.

  • 9AM AND 10.30AM AT ST JOHN’S & 11AM AT ST MARK’S

    During our Sunday services, children gather in age-appropriate groups for games, stories, worship, prayer and creative activities. Our aim is to help children build friendships, have fun and learn about God in ways they can understand.

    A creche space is available for babies, who are not yet walking, with their grown-ups, offering a relaxed environment during the service.

  • We also run midweek and monthly gatherings for children and families, including a monthly all-age service designed to be interactive, joyful and accessible for families of primary age children.

    Gather Tots

    A welcoming play cafe for little ones and their parents and carers.

    Come along to Gather Tots each week for a relaxed morning of play, connection and community. We create a warm and welcoming space where your little ones can play, explore, and make new friends, while you enjoy a cuppa and croissant and get to know other parents and carers.

    Whether you’re new to the area, new to parenthood, or simply looking for somewhere to enjoy a morning with your little one, you’ll find a friendly face and a place to belong. There’ll be plenty of toys and activities for the children to enjoy, along with time to chat, connect and enjoy a bit of grown-up conversation too!

    Gather Tots runs twice a week during term time:

    St John’s Location (KT1 4AL)
    Every Monday
    10am – 11.30am

    St Mark’s Location (TW11 9DD)
    Every Wednesday
    9.30am – 11am

  • As well as our regular programme, we host a range of special events and activities for children and families throughout the year. We'll share more information about these closer to the time, so keep an eye on our website and communications for updates.

    We are really excited to invite all 0-11s to our Light Party - our fun and safe alternative to halloween!
    Invite your friends and come along for fun, games with prizes, crafts and a retelling of the story of A BIG Fish.

    Hot dogs (+Veggie Dogs) and drink included with every child ticket.

    Suggested donation per child of £4.50

    Please book in advance via ChurchSuite, with a few spaces available on the day.

We believe all children are precious, made in the image of God and have a role to play in being leaders of hope and change. We want all children to encounter God in a safe inclusive environment whatever their needs

Parents & Team

If it’s your first time, we encourage you to register your child to help us care for them well. To keep our groups fun and safe, we ask parents to volunteer once a month with our teams of people passionate about Jesus.
